The Applicants have filed complaint under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The Respondent No.1 is the husband of the Applicant No.1. Learned JMFC vide order dated 22/04/2021 had directed payment of Rs.2,500/- per month to the Applicant No.1. The Applicants challenged that order before the Sessions Court. The amount was enhanced. It does appear that the amount is quite small. However, learned counsel for the Applicants states that these are only interim orders and the main complaint is still pending Nesarikar

He submitted that he is not pressing this application and instead is seeking direction that the said proceeding be decided expeditiously within the time bound manner by keeping all the contentions raised in this application open.

Considering this request, the Revision Application is disposed of as not pressed. However, learned JMFC, Vasai, is directed to decide finally the DVNA No.82/2020 within a period of six months from today. The parties are at liberty to put forth their evidence and submissions before the Trial court. All the contentions raised in this Revision Application are left open. 3.
In the meantime, the Respondent/husband shall clear all the arrears in respect of the interim order and shall deposit the amount as directed by the Session Court.
