501-WP.9090.2018+1.doc 2.
The third respondent to this writ petition is the Directorate of Technical Education. It does not dispute that an identical issue was dealt with by the Bench of this court at Nagpur in Writ Petition No. 4425 of 2018 (Bhawaan Educational and Social Team, Nagpur and Anr. vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors). On that writ petition, after hearing both sides, the Bench passed an order on 30th July, 2018 allowing that writ petition with a direction to the State and the very Directorate to permit all colleges, who have participated in the first three common admission process rounds to take part also in the additional round. It is conceded that this order of the Division Bench has been accepted by the respondents.
3.
In the light of the above, we dispose of these writ petitions as well with similar directions.
4.
All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
