This is an application for condonation of delay of 175 days in filing the appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the delay was not intentional and it took time to go through the lengthy procedure of getting approval from various departments and the branch office and hence, the delay is caused. 3.

The learned Counsel for the contesting respondent No.1 / original claimant, is present and he submits to the orders of the Court.
