The issue involved in the instant petition is similar to the one in civil writ petition No.8633 of 2013. The said writ petition was dismissed by speaking order dated 7th December, 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the present petition is also covered by the said order. He submitted that in view of the averments made in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the additional affidavit-inreply filed by the Government in writ petition No.8633 of 2013, the petitioner would avail the other remedy, if necessary. 2.
