Heard. Both the writ petitions are filed for quashing of the FIR dated 4.5.2014. Learned APP, upon instructions from Mr. Sudhakar pps

15 wp no. 3666 with 4922-14 .doc Vishwanth Sarvadi, Police Naik No.716, from Sadar Bazaar Police Stn., Solapur, makes a statement that chargesheet in the said FIR involving both the petitioners is already filed, which statement is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

In the above circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy to apply for discharge before the trial court.

We accordingly refuse to entertain the petition. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to file application for discharge before the trial court. Both the writ petitions are accordingly dismissed. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) pps
