Learned advocate for the appellant in view of subsequent events wants to withdraw Civil Application No. 1064 of 2018 with permission to file fresh application. He submits that in the intermediate period, the execution has taken place and the applicant has been dispossessed and he wants to file civil application for redressing his grievances.

Civil Application No. 1064 of 2018 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh civil application in the light of change in circumstances. The second appeal by consent is kept for admission on 29th August, 2018.
