Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 22.11.2013 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Islampur in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2008, thereby acquitting the original accused Nos. 1, 2 and 5 of the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 494 of IPC.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no instructions to oppose the application seeking condonation of delay.
