This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.476 of 2017. The applicant has been convicted for offence u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The appeal preferred by the applicant has been dismissed. It is submitted that there was delay of 20 days in filing the revision application on account of ill-health of the applicant. It is also submitted that the applicant was in custody. Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, in the interest of justice, delay is required tobe condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned and Criminal Application No.432 of 2017 is allowed and stands disposed off. List the Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.476 of 2017 on 11th July 2018.
