Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent.

(a) The Marriage Petition No. 1468 of 2015 filed by the Respondenthusband against the Applicant-wife before the Family Court at Pune is directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Solapur.

(b) The Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.201 of 2016 filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 filed by the Applicant-wife against the Respondent-husband before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Akkalkot is directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Solapur.

(c) The Learned Judge, Family Court at Solapur shall hear both, Marriage Petition No. 1468 of 2015 as well as Criminal Miscellaneous Application

kpd 2 / 2 917-MCA-268-2016.sxw No.201 of 2016 on the first and third Saturdays of every month and endevour of dispose off the same within a period of six months from 28 th August, 2017.

(d) Neither the parties shall seek any adjournment nor the Court shall grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary. (e) On or before 21 st August, 2017, the Registrar, Family Court, Pune and the Registrar, Magistrate Court, Akkalkot shall transmit the papers and proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 1468 of 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.201 of 2016 respectively to the Family Court at Solapur. (f) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Family Court at Solapur on 28 th August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate orders/directions.

(g) All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this Order duly authenticated by the Personal Assistant of this Court. 2.
