By this application through jail, the applicant seeks expeditious disposal of his case being Sessions Case No. 342/2018, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai. Learned A.P.P informs that charge has been framed in January 2019 as against the applicant and that witness summons have also been issued to the prosecution witnesses. She submits that the prosecution intends to examine eight witnesses.
