1] By this Petition, the Petitioner has approached for following relief :

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ, mandamus and/or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and thereby be pleased to direct the Respondent no.1 to forthwith decide Revision Application No.1339 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner before the Respondent No.1 (Exhibit 'E' to the present Writ Petition).

As the Revision Application is pending for disposal with Respondent No.1/State for a considerable period, we feel it necessary to pass the following order ;

ORDER

i] Writ Petition No.8740 of 2019 stands disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1/State to dispose off the pending Revision Application No.1339/2015 filed by the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
