In Writ Petition No. 3455 of 2022 the petitioner prays that he be produced before the trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in both these petitions states that both the petitions do not survive, inasmuch as the petitioner has been released on bail by this court vide order dated 13th July 2023 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1011 of 2022.

Considering the aforesaid nothing survives for further consideration in the petitions. Both the petitions stand disposed. 5.

In view of the disposal of Writ Petition No. 4164 of 2022, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application filed in the Writ Petition No. 4164 of 2022. Interim Application also stands disposed.
