Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has pointed out that in spite of communications and by issuing written letters, there is no response from the Petitioner. Therefore, for want of

2 231) wp8783-07.doc instructions, he is unable to make submission with regard to the issue of approval of the Petitioner as full time teacher, as raised in the year 2007.

This Court admitted the matter but has not granted any interim relief or status quo. Therefore, after 11 years, the Petitioner has not even responded to the Advocate in spite of various communications. In view of this, we are inclined to dispose of this petition for want of instructions. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply for appropriate orders.
