DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, state that notice u/s.41A has been issued by the Investigating Officer on 30/7/2022. The applicant is expected to comply with the said notice by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today.

Upon his presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A and shall record reasons in case if he arrive at a conclusion that the custodial interrogation is necessary.
