2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant-Insurance Company is ready and willing to comply the order dated 02-08-2013 passed by this Court (Shri Gangapurwala, J.) within two weeks from today. 13-caf-3642-2012.prod.doc a) The operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 03-02-2012 passed by the M.A.C.T., Pune in Motor Accident Claim No. 1313 of 2008 is stayed on condition that the applicant to deposit the entire amount including interest accrued if any, in Tribunal within two weeks from today failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
b) If the amount is not deposited within the aforesaid stipulated time, the Respondents-claimants are entitled to execute the award passed by the Tribunal according to law.
c) If the amount is deposited within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, application preferred by Respondentsclaimant bearing Civil Application No. 4214 of 2014 will be decided on its own merits.
d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
