2] The limited relief claimed in the above Petitions is for a direction to the Respondent - Education Officer to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioners. 3] The Respondent - Education Officer is directed to decide the proposal for grant of approval with regard to the appointment of BGP. 3 of 4

the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today in the light of the judgment dated 10th July 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions.

4] Rule is accordingly made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
