Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 3.
As far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, the applicant does not press the same and seeks liberty to file a fresh application. As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned,
learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant intends to travel abroad from 28.09.2015 to 10.10.2015 to Dubai and thereafter, from 07.11.2015 to 23.11.2015 to London and Paris. He submits that this Court (CORAM : MRS. MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) vide order dated 08.10.2014 had permitted the applicant to travel abroad. He further submits that the applicant has not misused or abused the liberty granted to him.

Perused the itinerary annexed to the application. As the applicant intends to travel abroad during the said period, the application is allowed on the following terms & conditions: (i) The Sessions Court to handover the passport to the applicant on 14.09.2015 to enable the applicant to apply for visa;
(ii) The applicant is permitted to retain the passport from 14.09.2015 to 25.11.2015;
(iii) The applicant on his return to India shall deposit the passport with the Sessions Court on 26.11.2015;
(iv) The applicant shall furnish the details of itinerary, addresses, where he intends to reside and contact numbers to the Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and dispose of.

Liberty is granted to re-new prayer clause (a).
