By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- (b) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on complaint dated 07.07.2018 referred by Respondent No. 3 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks."

Respondent No. 2 - The Collector, Alibaug, District Raigad shall give a hearing to the Petitioner - Complainant as well as all the concerned parties on the representation dated 07.07.2018 referred by Matheran Municipal Council to the Collector, Alibaug, District Raigad, a copy of which is also sent to the Petitioner and shall pass his order within a period of four weeks from today.
