The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that as per order dated 13.12.2017 passed by this court, he has forwarded a letter dated 14.12.2017 to the Applicant by registered post informing them the next date. To that effect he has filed an Affidavit of service dated 10.01.2018. Same is taken on record. He submits that even on 20.12.2017 none appeared for the Applicant.

Considering the earlier two orders referred to hereinabove, the Civil Application stands dismissed for non prosecution.
