By this Application, the Applicant seeks transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs in accordance with law. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states, that in the Cri. Complaint No.892 of 2016 filed in the Court of the learned JMFC, Hisar, Haryana, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the learned JMFC has issued an NBW as against the Applicant. He prays that the Applicant be granted interim transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to approach appropriate Court.

Learned APP has no objection. The Cri. Complaint No.892 of 2016 filed in the Court of the learned JMFC, Hisar, Haryana is filed for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. It appears that learned JMFC has issued an NBW in the said case as against the Applicant.

Considering the aforesaid, the Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of three weeks to enable the Applicant to approach appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) During this period, the Applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.
