In view of learned APP making statement that charge is framed on 11-12-2014 and the trial is fixed for recording evidence of the first informant on 07-02-2015, it is difficult to entertain the prayer for bail at such stage of the trial.

Hence the application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to complete the Vishal 1/2

6-BA-2044-2014 trial at the earliest and in any event before 1505-2015 saving just exception. 3.

Liberty to the applicants to renew the prayer for bail in event of trial being not complete within the said stipulated period and the same being unduly delayed.
