Mr. Umesh Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants after arguing the Criminal Bail Application for some time, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He only states that the Applicants are incarcerated since 23rd April 2023 and therefore, trial be expedited.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.
