At the outset, learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court states that the charge-sheet will be filed tomorrow in the appropriate Court. In view of the same, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application after filing of the charge-sheet.
