This is an application for modification of conditions. By an order dated 18.11.2015 while releasing the applicant on bail, this Court has directed the applicant to attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the filing of the chargesheet. 2.

The crime registered against the applicant is of the year 2015 and it is the grievance of the applicant that till date, the police have not submitted charge-sheet. In view thereof, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer once in three months i.e. on every first Monday of the said month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the filing of the charge-sheet.
