Heard Mr. Khude, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. Wabale, learned Advocate for Respondent.

After perusing the impugned order dated 06.07.2022, I have expressed my mind to Mr. Khude, and after taking instructions from Petitioners he would submit that the Writ Petition be allowed to be withdrawn.

He would make a request that this Court be pleased to pass appropriate directions for expeditious hearing of the suit by the learned Civil Court. Considering that Regular Civil Suit No.82 of 2019 is pending since 2019, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties as also without opining anything on merits, learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.82 of 2019

22.WP.13836.2022.doc as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight months from today.

Parties to the Suit are directed by this Court not to seek adjournments and the learned Trial Court shall not give unnecessary adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary and cooperate with the learned Trial Court. 5.
