CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4443 OF 2016 1.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the conditional order dated 25th April, 2014 with regard to filing of private paper-book is partly modified.

The private paper-book is now directed to be filed within a period of two weeks from today. A copy be served upon the Counsel for the respondent.

The decreetal amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with interest, if not deposited, shall be deposited within a period of four weeks from today.

The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c).

FIRST APPEAL NO. 472 OF 2014 1.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent that the First Appeal No. 1809 of 2013 filed by the respondent has been transferred to the District Court on account of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction.
