The above Petition has been filed seeking a direction to register an FIR in terms of the letter dated 29.07.2015 of the Petitioner. The Learned APP Mrs. S. V. Sonawane points out that the FIR bearing No.365 of 2015 was registered on 22.10.2015 and thereafter before a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.35 of 2016 the parties have got the FIR quashed by consent on 06.01.2016. In view thereof, the above Petition has turned infructuous and is disposed of as having turned infructuous.
