Mr. Vikas B. Shivarkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal challenging the order dated 30th July 2022 passed by the learned Judge, Co-operative Court, Thane below Exhibit-5 in Dispute No.CCT/97 of 2022.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.

Ad-interim relief granted by order dated 23rd March 2023 shall remain in operation for a period of eight weeks from today.
