If the grievance of the petitioner is that notwithstanding the order passed by the Executing Court, the police protection is not being given to the Court Bailiff and Staff, the Executing Court is not helpless. The said Court can issue appropriate directions. Hence, it is not necessary to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
