Learned Counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one in case area of Dehu gram panchayat is merged into the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismisses as such.
