Copy of the order dated 25.03.2019 is taken on record. She handed over a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client is not aware of any such order cancelling the order of approval dated 26.07.2017.

In view of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by the Education Officer cancelling the earlier order of approval dated 26.07.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition impugning the order dated 25.03.2019 and for other consequential reliefs. 4.
