Mr. Patwardhan, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 at the outset disputes the contents of the letter dated 1st September 2016 issued by the Petitioner to the Commissioner, Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad Municipal Corporation [Exhibit-G to the petition]. 2.

Nonetheless, Mr. Walawalkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. and 4 as well as Mr. S. S. Patwardhan, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 and Mr. Kapdnis, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.6, having taken instructions from their respective clients, state that they do not have objection to allow the petition in terms of prayer clause (b). 3.

In the light of above, petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
