By this Civil Application, the Applicant - claimant is seeking condonation of 49 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 24.02.2015 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai, at Mumbai in Claim Application No.OA(IIu)/MCC/2011/0142.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
