Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representation / proposal dated 27 th July, 2016 filed by the Head Master of the School of Petitioner No.2 (copy of which is annexed at page 18 to the Petition), if

Till the Petitioners' claim is decided, the RespondentState is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from unaided division to aided division.
