The learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank on instructions states that the Applicants have applied for the scheme and also have deposited five per cent of the amount as required. He states that pursuant to this application and deposit, necessary procedure will be followed and decision will be taken, however learned counsel for Applicants agrees that no further orders are required to be passed.
