Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the Respondent.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Divorce Petition pending before the Family Court, Belapur to Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant, that Applicant stays with her old age parents at Pune. She has problem to come to Belapur to attend the proceedings of pending matter. Hence, requested to transfer the Divorce N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the Respondent strongly objected on the ground that no specific reasons are given for transfer of the Application. The Applicant can appear through Video Conferencing. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant stays at Pune with her old age parents She is facing difficulty to attend the dates of Petition filed by the Respondent at Belapur. It is settled principal of law the Court has to consider the convenience of wife over the husband. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The Divorce Petition No.A-106/2023 pending before the Family Court, Belapur be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune.

(iii) Both the parties to appear before concerned Court on 1st April 24.
