P.C.:- This is an Application for impleadment of the Applicant as legal heir of Respondent No. 2-Yamuna Ratnya Lakhat. It is stated that, Yamuna Lakhat expired on 3rd June, 2019 and the Applicant being her daughter is interested in pursuing the complaint filed by the Original Respondent No. 2.

In view thereof, the Application of Smt. Geeta Sanjay Ahade, for intervention is allowed. The Applicants in Application No. 1/2

ssm 2 904-appp1151.19.doc 787 of 2019 are hereby directed to implead Smt. Geeta Sanjay Ahade, as Respondent No.3. The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Application be served upon the learned Advocate for the Intervenor within the same stipulated period.
