Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Konkan Division, Thane, to dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 19th July, 2017, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit S, page 128 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matters and the respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's said application/representation independently on its own merits and in Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In order to enable the respondent No.2 to implement this order, the petitioner shall approach the respondent No.2-committee along with copy of the said application/representation as well as copy of this order.
