Heard Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for petitioners, Mr. Kankal, learned AGP for respondents-State and Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

This is an application for setting aside order dated 19.04.2018 after condoning the delay of 85 days in filing the application. By order dated 19.04.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), 4 weeks time was granted to the petitioner for removing office objections, failing which registration stamp was to stand refused.

Mr. Chavan assures that after restoration of the Petition, within 2 weeks, he will remove office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil 1/2

CAN89_18.doc Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Contempt Petition is restored to its original position. Applicant shall remove office objections, failing which, order dated 19.04.2018 shall stand revived without further reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
