We have heard learned Advocate for petitioner and learned AGP for the respondents.

At present, we are not inclined to consider the case of the petitioner on merits. On merits, the petitioner would have remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

However, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner have approached the Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 20th August 2019. The said Committee is constituted to recommend the amendments and improvements in the service conditions of Police Patil. No cognizance is taken of the representation.

The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted under Government Resolution dated 20th August 2019. The Committee, if it is in existence, shall consider the grievances of the petitioner expeditiously on its own merits.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
