By this Application, the Applicant has sought permission to apply for passport.

The Applicant was accused no.2 in Special Case No.60/2005. By the impugned judgment dated 28/12/2012, the learned Special Judge has held the Appellant guilty of offence under section 13(2) r/w. 13(1) (e) of Prevention of Corruption Act r/w. Section 109 of the Indian Penal Code and she has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs.50,000/-. 1/2

By order dated 05/04/2013, this Court had suspended the sentence and ordered to released the Applicant on the same terms imposed by the trial Court but on execution of fresh bail bonds. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant intends filing Application for passport. He further states that in the event passport is issued, the Applicant shall not travel abroad, without prior permission of the Court. Statement is accepted. 4.

In the light of said statement, the Applicant is at liberty to apply for passport. The concerned authority shall decide the application in accordance with law and as per the prescribed rules. 5.
