Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

The learned Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs within two weeks from the date of his release and the balance amount of Rs. 49,55,816/- within six months from the date of his release. He states that the applicant is ready to file an undertaking and issue post-dated cheques for the said 1/3

amounts. Since the applicant is in the Arthur Road Jail, the learned Counsel for the applicant requests that a direction be given to the Superintendent of Jail, Arthur Road to affirm the said undertaking of the applicant.

Stand over to 23rd September, 2015. Accordingly, the Superintendent of Jail, Arthur Road to affirm the undertaking of the applicant.
