Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of the present Application, Police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet. That the Applicant has already filed an Application for discharge under Section 227 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, before the Trial Court and the same is pending for final adjudication. 2.

He therefore, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to pursue the Application for discharge filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
