The husband is challenging order dated 10 December 2014, in Petition No.A-1254 of 2013. The petition is filed on 28 July 2023.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the subsequent conduct of wife does not entitle her to claim maintenance after passing of order. In my opinion, the ground raised is not available to consider validity of order of grant of maintenance. However, petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings for ventilating his grievance as are permissible in law.

With this clarification the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of laches.
