At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that the order impugned in the aforesaid petition dated 7th July 2016 has lapsed by efflux of time. He, however, states that if in the future, an Administrator is appointed, liberty be granted to challenge the said appointment. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. SQ Pathan 1/2
