Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the impugned order issuing bailable warrant of Rs.5,000/- against the applicant. In my opinion, the warrant needs to be cancelled. It is, therefore, directed that, if the warrant is not issued, the order of issuing warrant shall stand revoked and, if the warrant is issued, the same shall be recalled immediately. The application stands disposed of.
