The applicant/appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 19/12/2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in L.A.R.No. 77 of 2011 (Old L.A.R.No. 09/2002) and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal. Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable.
