1] Against the impugned Order dated 8.9.2017 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Khed Rajgurunagar, Pune in RTS Appeal No.801 of 2013, petitioners have already availed the alternate remedy by way of preferring an appeal before the Additional Collector, Pune and it is pending for final adjudication. Despite the said fact, the petitioners have also preferred the present petition.

2] The present petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
