Heard learned counsel for the applicants by way of present Appeal.

The appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 26/04/2013 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in L.A.R. No. 98 of 2011 (Old L.A.R. No. 06/2006) and seeking stay till hearing and fnal disposal of the present Appeal. Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable. In view of above, Civil Application No. 3455 of 2016 stands disposed of.
