The learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank points out that the pre-deposit of five per cent as required has not been made by the Applicants. The learned counsel for Applicants states that this deposit would be made within four weeks. The learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank states that after the application is duly made along with the deposit, procedure under the scheme would be followed and decision would be communicated.
